Cellar Link respects the privacy of your personal information in our care. Cellar Link is committed to compliance with privacy laws which apply to its businesses and which set out standards for the management of personal information. Further, all companies and VMP users with whom we share data which has first been desensitised can use the data only for these contractually agreed purposes and must handle the data in a confidential and secure manner in accordance with our terms of use and relevant privacy legislation.

2. Types of personal information collected and held
The personal information we collect and hold is what is reasonably necessary for our business functions and activities. The types of personal information we collect includes name, contact details, identification information, payment and transaction details and challenge Questions and Answers, we will use this information to confirm your ID if you are unable to provide your password. We may also collect and hold you information regarding your membership and your records of communications and interactions with us or through our website. The servers on the Cellar Link website also automatically receive and record information from your browser on our server logs, including your IP address, cookie information and the page you request. In the case of access and correction requests, we may require some proof of identity and relevant information. If we need to get the information from the third party. We may charge a reasonable fee for giving access to your personal information if your request requires substantial effort on our part.

2. Membership ID and Password
You are responsible for your Member ID and Password. You must keep them confidential. Do not disclose them to third parties. If you are concerned about the security of your Member ID, contact us to change it. You can change your Password yourself on this site at My Account/ My Profile.

3. Credit Worthiness
Cellar Link, its employees and agents, may from time to time need to make enquiries to investigate your credit worthiness including the making of enquiries of persons nominated as trade referees, bankers or other credit providers. You hereby authorise such persons to disclose to Cellar Link such information concerning your credit worthiness which is within their possession and which is requested by Cellar Link.
